  1. One word comes to mind, poignant. I really enjoy the images that you choose to accompany your poetry. In a very interesting dichotomy, this image is absolutely beautiful – the colors, the softness, and the birds watching over are captivating. Perhaps the avian friends are awaiting the opportunity to carry her soul away on their wings? This poem left me wondering about the deeper issues that plague us – understanding how a problem can cause such emotional stress and irreversible actions. Thank you MJ, I have never been a poetry person, but you are pulling me into the genre with your talent 😉

    • Thank you so much, Dave, for reading my works with your heart. Deeply appreciated. What causes melancholy the most is not that someone has left in such atrocious manner, it is the fact that so many are doing this and thus making this the norm. Thank you for becoming one of my motivations 🙂
